Stress has a role in work and play. But especially during periods of change and transition, it can go undetected and unchallenged leading to health problems, fatigue, leadership ineffectiveness and a lack of engagement. Many teams and their leaders struggle silently through this, unable to shift mindset and behaviors required for desired success and engagement. This experiential, interactive session will focus on how developing mindfulness as a skill can help you monitor and regulate behavior, teach you to be resilient, while reframing your thoughts toward well-being, positivity, and productivity.
