Mr. Dickinson is an accomplished executive who has over 30 years experience with Fortune 100 companies while enjoying a management career that has included key positions with well-know firms and brands, including Intel, MCI, USWest, Qwest and Catholic Health Initiatives. He has been on the cutting edge of technology through out his career; building the telecom industry’s first fraud detection system, managed the development of critical corporate programs like MCI’s Friends and Family and 1-800-Collect, introducing the first single sign-on technology for a leading Healthcare provider, and leading organizations through corporate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dickinson, explored the entrepreneurial world by founding SongTouch.com, a music and entertainment web site. In just 18 months SongTouch.com became the second largest music download site behind iTunes attracting over 25 million visitors a month. He also enjoyed an assignment working with the White House on various public policy programs and technology projects. Mr. Dickinson possesses extensive leadership and management experience. In 2001, Mr. Dickinson founded The Executive Leadership Program LLC. The Executive Leadership Program provides an unparalleled executive training experience for executive leaders. Currently, Mr. Dickinson serves organizations with executive management consultation working directly with C-level executives and board members to develop strategic planning and road map development, CIO as a service, and leadership development consulting. He is a sought out world-wide public speaker and has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers, while being interviewed by over 100 radio and TV networks. Mr. Dickinson, recently served as President of Global Mission Critical Services a data center construction and managed services company. He served as Vice President/Chief Technology Officer for Catholic Health Initiatives. And has held the position of Chief Executive Officer for one of the nations largest public policy organizations and Chief Operating Officer for Touch Inc., a music and entertainment digital distribution company. Mr. Dickinson has been recognized with multiple awards and distinctions for his leadership creativity and technology innovation. In 1996, he was awarded the coveted “CIO Award” for technical innovation. And in 1998, Mr. Dickinson was a semi-finalist for the prestigious Smithsonian Award. Mr. Dickinson was featured on the TV show “Eye on Technology” for technology innovation and creative problem solving. The show aired in the top 60 domestic markets on various cable affiliates. He currently authors a leadership blog that has over 17000 subscribers. Mr. Dickinson received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Communications from Arizona State University. He attended Pepperdine Law School and is a certified mediator and a member of the El Paso County Bar Association. In his spare time Mr. Dickinson serves on numerous boards, while achieving a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
